The Rossonian

During the 1930’s & 40’s, The Rossonian was a famous and storied hotel, restaurant, & jazz club in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood then referred to as the “Harlem of the West.” Built in 1912, the club once boasted acts such as Billie Holiday, Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, and Nat King Cole before eventually falling into disrepair. Two local developers have combined forces to restore the property to its former glory and original use. Given the history, potential, and what this will mean to 5 Points EVG is incredibly proud to be involved with this transformative project.

Rose & Raven

The Rose & Raven in Louisville, Colorado is the passion project of Joshua Martinson and Brant Clark. 4 kitchens, 2 bars, a full production cidery, and an expansive exterior food truck gastro park this concept has something for everyone. This ground-up project is invigorating the community and activating a long-abandoned and blighted corner of the city’s main thoroughfare. Family-friendly and community-minded this development is just what this rapidly growing area is looking for!

Raglin Market

Raglin Market is a chef-driven, quick-service eatery featuring farmer fresh ingredients. The market offers elevated sandwiches, salads, and more, plus kegged wine, seasonal cocktails on tap, and a rotating local beer selection, all with a focus on locally sourced ingredients. A cornerstone of this concept is its service philosophy and professionalism, far above and beyond what one has come to expect in a quick-service restaurant. Based in Boulder, Colorado, the market is set to launch a second location in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood in summer 2019.

EVG oversees the eatery’s ongoing administrative and back-end management, staffing and training, and operations systems. Deeply involved in the launch of the restaurant, EVG has created a replicable template for the continued expansion of this timely concept.
